Good morning everyone,

With a heavy heart I’m announcing that, due to ill health, I will be closing my therapy room on Gregson Lane. Thank you so much to everyone who’s supported me over the last three years.

I’m exploring new ways to offer Homeopathy — this isn’t the end, just a rethink, much like how many practitioners adapted after Covid.

Struggling with toddler bedtime battles? 😩💤
Try this calming bedtime trick!

✨ Mix 6–8 drops of lavender essential oil with a small bottle of grapeseed or neem oil.
👣 Gently massage into the soles of your toddler’s feet at bedtime — soothing, bonding, and relaxing.
🌿 You can also use a lavender pillow spray (just a light mist under the bed, not on their pillow).
