Charlotte House Well Being Centre We are an Independant award winning Day Time Support Centre. Our aim is to provide a range of services to promote quality of life for all!

Owned and managed by Delta Care Ltd. Delta Care Ltd is an Independant organisation whose vision is to provide a wide range of services to people within the community and surrounding area's. We aim to ensure that all persons live a fulfilled life as posible regardless of any disibilites they may have. Our home carers deliver a service of personal care, and associated domestic services. Have you ever struggled to get to appointments or needed help with shopping or laundry? these are just a few of the areas that our Home Carers can help! Our award winning daytime support centre "Charlotte House Well being Centre" provides a safe, comfortable and friendly environment where you can make new friends, improve health, regain/retain independance or just join in on various personalised activities and outings. Our award winning "Namaste" room provides a sensory environment for persons with advanced Dementia, while our award winning rehabilitation room supports persons with Brain Aquired Injuries. The Rehabilitation room is especially beneficial to persons following a stoke. Everyone is treated with equality, dignity and respect while promoting their independance, choice, rights and most importantly of all, their quality of life!
