✨ Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra – A Space to Rest, Restore & Reconnect ✨

I was thinking about how rare it is that we actually give ourselves time to properly slow down… not scrolling, not distracting, but really resting.
That’s what these evenings are about.
Yin Yoga is a gentle, slower practice where we stay in postures for a few minutes at a time, giving the body space to soften and release. It can help with flexibility, joint health, and also creates a quiet, reflective space internally.
There’s no up and down, everything is floor-based and fully supported with bolsters and blankets and you’re so welcome to bring your own favourite pillow or blanket to make yourself even more comfortable 🤍
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided rest where you’re invited into a deeply relaxed state, somewhere between waking and sleeping. It’s incredibly nourishing for the nervous system and can support better sleep, reduced anxiety, and a sense of ease.
Together, they offer:
🌿 Deep rest for body and mind
🌿 Nervous system support
🌿 Emotional balance and release
🌿 A chance to pause and reconnect
After class, there’s the option to stay for tea, cake, and a chat, a really lovely way to meet new people and feel part of the community 🤍
It’s a warm, welcoming space, and you don’t need any experience at all.
