2 WEEKS TO RACEDAY!!!! 50 PLACES LEFT!!!! WOW!!! Race day has crept up on us this year , with just 2 weeks to go we are now down to our last 50 places for this years race. Come and join us on the 2nd July for our fantastic traffic free 5k route , suitable for all from PB chasing fast runners to people participating in their first 5k. The course is also suitable for buggy's and pushchairs and buggy runners are most welcome!

Prestons favourite road running races return on the 14th August, the fast undulating course is suitable for all abilities from PB chasers to fun runners and everyone is sure of a warm welcome at our friendly event. Registration for the popular Cheeky Santa Dash is open now! Are you joining us on this fun, festive 5k around the lovely Avenham Park, Preston on Saturday, December 4th? 🎅

It's open to all abilities and it's always a great event, held annually to raise funds for local cancer projects, and in memory of local runner and charity fundraiser Ben Ashworth, who, alongside wife Louise, organised the first Santa Dash events.

Our latest addition to the gym, the concept 2 SkiErg takes the quality of the rower and applies it to Nordic Skiing, creating an amazing piece of conditioning equipment. For those not familiar, Nordic Skiing is one of the most gruelling workouts going and we look forward to incorporating this fantastic bit of kit into our clients workouts! We are now fully open for personal training with group training scheduled to resume from May 17th. Contact us now to get fit for the summer!

Unfortunately, it is with deep regret at what is normally a busy time of the year for us, we have once again been instructed to close, due to Lancashire going into Tier 4 ,not the start of the year we wanted but hopefully the vaccination programme will be a success and we will be returning to training very soon! I will post updates as I receive them from the various governing bodies.
In the meantime we would like to wish all our customers old and new a happy and positive new year and we look forward to getting back into training as soon as we are permitted.
