New Appointment System! 📢

From 2nd March 2026, we're introducing a new appointment system.

When you contact the practice, our reception team will forward your request directly to a member of our clinical team. There is no longer any need to call back at 1pm.

A clinician will review your request and will then contact you with advice, by arranging an appointment, or direct you to the most appropriate service for your needs.

📢 No More Queuing to Drop Off Samples!

To make things quicker and easier for everyone, you no longer need to queue at reception to hand in your samples 🙌

You can now simply place your sample in our designated sample bin.

Important Reminders:
✅ All samples must be securely attached to their completed form
✅ Please ensure your sample is clearly labelled with the barcode sticker

This helps the lab process your sample safely and efficiently.
