"My brother loved being at Oaklands. He was cared for with great professionalism and love, and my family and I felt like we belonged to the Oaklands care too. He was nursed through a prolonged illness and eventually died in your care surrounded by love and unquestionable care. My brother became part of a big happy 'family' at Oaklands, the atmosphere was always bright and caring, the residents were treated with respect and compassion and everyone was encouraged to maintain as much independence as possible. Oaklands went above and beyond my expectations, and I will always be thankful for the love they showed my brother. Thank you, and God bless you all."
