You Can Book Now! Massage And Sports Injury Appointments Restarting.
We’re delighted that Gita is back with us again after lockdown and able to provide you with a great Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Therapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Ear Candles, Reiki and Aromatherapy. Gita has been working from Back-in-Action for many years and has has always been very popular. For more info about Gita.

Eleanor who does Sports Injury Massage and Rehabilitation is now also able to see you again for regular Maintenance and Prevention massages to keep you in top form. Eleanor was able to keep working during Lockdown for patients with specific pain conditions and those with medical need referred by their GP. Eleanor is proving very popular with the clients at Back-in-Action since she joined us last Autumn. For more info about our Sports Rehabilitator Eleanor.
