My name is Barry Hobson, and I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer through my company, Press-Tone. I have always led an active life and have undertaken all types of physically challenging activities including the use of gym facilities, jogging, swimming, playing football, mountain biking and martial arts, which led me to become the holder of 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate by the age of 16. I believe in leading and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and have always taken great pleasure in imparting my knowledge and experience to those around me to help them improve their health and fitness. Therefore, I decided to gain the relevant professional qualifications and become a professional Personal Trainer and actively undertake my personal hobby and interest for a living. I hold a full Personal Trainer Diploma, am a Level 3 for Advanced Gym Instructor; Nutrition and Weight Management; and Lifestyle; Fitness Assessment and Training in Different Environments. I am also qualified to teach spin classes, kettle bells and faster functional dumbbells. My personalised training regimes revolve around incorporating all my experience, training and knowledge to create bespoke personal training programmes for you and your aims.
