Some bits from our Wednesday yoga sessions over the last few weeks, a lovely strong start to the New Year ✨🙌🏻

Wednesdays in Penwortham
4-4.30pm age 4-6 years £30 for 6 weeks
4.30-5.30pm age 7-11 years £40 for 6 weeks (currently full)

We focus on breathing to help manage emotions, yoga poses for strength and balance, games for fun and confidence building, and relaxation to teach that calm moments are for the win 🙌🏻✨

Adorable chocolate Cocker Spaniel Puppies 🐶🤎

Our first class at Bartle Hall on 7th February 11.30-12.30 has completely sold out in the space of a few days! We are soooo grateful ☺️🐾🫶🏼

Because of such high interest we have added another class on the same day 1.30-2.30pm giving these gorgeous little pups an hour to snooze in between sessions in their comfy beds 🥹
