🥹 Raw and Real Post 🥹
🌈 My Children’s yoga retreats have been a special part of my heart over the past few years, providing a space where children can come and play, colour, craft, take part in activities and games and of course practice some yoga in the hope that they will leave feeling happy, maybe even proud of themselves that they did something or learnt something new 🫶🏼🥰
I only allow small manageable numbers on these days so they are not too overwhelming for the children who attend and so that I can give some one to one time to each child either through yoga, playing or crafting.
Over the years I feel like I’ve been able to reach so many children, however like other small independently run businesses one of the hardest parts is advertising and feeling like you a reaching no one 😏😩🤯
My children’s yoga retreat next week has hardly had any interest and I have had to reduce it from two days down to one and I strongly feel like my stuff just isn’t getting seen, it’s super frustrating!!
Please please please if you see this, I’d be so grateful for you to comment if your child has been and had a good experience, tag someone who may be interested, or simply share or like. It really does mean so much to people who are self employed 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We are creatives, advertisers, marketers, admin assistants, financial advisors, customer service experts, and in my case just a children’s yoga teacher trying to reach as many children as possible to make a difference to their wellbeing through yoga, movement, building resilience and confidence 🙋🏼♀️ whilst trying to bring calm to chaos 😂
