An acquired brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time, and the effects can be devastating and permanent♥️

That's why Sharon walked 141km in February for her husband John who has TBI, they watched their whole world change 3 years ago💙

Sharon is now making new adventures, new memories and raising lifesaving funds for Headway UK - the brain injury association!

She raised an amazing £541, and there is still time to donate until the 10th March💪

Diana, our activity co-ordinator, is part of the Lancashire County Council Activities Forum🥰

Across Lancashire, care homes, deaf, blind sociality and vulnerable adults all come together every 4 months with LCC governors and CQC♥️

This week, Diana showed them how to do simple chair exercises and movement to music 🎶

Everyone got stuck into crafts they can do and fundraising ideas for their activity pot for residents, and an amazing afternoon was had by all!

One of our residents couldn't get over how young she looked💄

With the help of our staff member, Amber, a makeup artist, a professional nail technician and a professional hairdresser in our staff, everyone had special pampers💇‍♀️

Valentine's lunch event was a lovely afternoon for all🥰

We enjoyed a delicious 3-course meal with wine flowing, coffee and tea and even love heart chocolates😋

There were lots of arms waving in the air, singing along to the amazing entertainment and even a few dances🎶

Everyone was delighted to be part of such a fun-filled afternoon, and couldn't thank us enough for the special meal and fantastic afternoon!
