Hello again.
Sorry we've not been around for a good while but we are still putting it out there for self care.
At the moment we hold small gatherings once a month the last Tuesday evening.
We are also hosting Holistic days once a month The B Company Lifestyle . Every last Friday of the month. A Holistic hour is £38 for any of these treatments reflexology, reiki, Indian head massage, bamboo massage, hotstones massage .

Tomorrow is international self care day, are you caring for yourself lately?

We are going to be hosting more events up in the Lancashire region ,including the yoga nidras , meditation and mindfulness ,yinyoga and relaxation techniques. Breathworks classes and hands on therapeutic treatments including aromatherapy .

Our Tuesday gatherings in Sale hosting space for 8 and currently are based on chakra healing.
Next Tuesday has 1 space due to a cancellation and is based on the heart chakra.

August =the throat chakra balancing
Sept =the third eye
Oct=the crown chakra.

Yoga means union of self..mind ,body and soul.
Our gatherings definitely unite the whole self.
