No you don’t need to be a dancer to try!! Our lovely will challenge you in this new class of strength, energy and lengthening sequences.

Becca is a professional dancer and brings a beautiful, encouraging energy to her classes with a real warmth and passion for movement. We can’t wait for you to meet her 🔥💛
