Ever wondered what’s really going on in the world right now?

Do you ever find yourself questioning… everything?

It feels like the world is moving faster than ever, and whether we realise it or not, we’re tuning into energy more each day.

You know that moment when you’re standing in a queue at the supermarket or a crowded place, and suddenly you feel off? The person next to you, or the cashier, is clearly having a tough day and for a second you think, Is this my feelings/thoughts ? Then you realise… it arrived the moment you stood right there.

That’s energy.

The first step is simply being aware. That alone helps more than you realise.

When I first learned about energy, how someone else’s thoughts and emotions can affect my own, I was completely stunned. How crazy is this! But once you see it, you can’t un-see it.

So what do I do now?

I’ve learned how to gently protect my own energy, to stop outside stuff draining me or blocking me from feeling me. It’s taken time. Growth always does. Another declutter, another layer peeled back.

If you’re here, following me, reading this, then we’re aligned. Same page. Same frequency. And if you’re not feeling it, that’s okay too. One thing I’ve learned as I’ve grown older is this: we’re not for everyone and that’s a good thing.

In most of my working life, I have felt like I don’t fit in somehow.

I once asked my aunt, who I looked up to, what the biggest lesson of life is. She said, wisdom. Knowing who’s right for you, who isn’t and understanding that who you spend your time with and what you tolerate really matters.

So if you’re reading this, I applaud you. Truly.

For your strength, your courage, your awareness and for being part of my journey.

I share these thoughts to connect. To keep going. Because yes, even I sometimes ask myself, What exactly am I doing here?

When life feels dark, heavy, pause. Take a deep breath. Make a cuppa. Switch off the electronics. Close your eyes, do some breathwork just connect with yourself.

There is a new world coming.

A new era.

One rooted in love.

I keep being told theres a new earth being birthed, I was told there was a new energy filtering down to the planet The Love Energy. That’s why I chose to do reiki an rose root and became Em-powered Reiki . Many of us are here doing the inner work to clear the chakra’s, soften, open our hearts and help us remember who we are and why we’re here.

Apologies for being away from my page.

I hope everyone had a lovely enjoyable & peaceful Christmas.

At present I do not have the beautiful space to provide reiki healings for clients, as my room was damaged by water damage from a leak from my next door neighbour, this leak has not been properly fixed and repaired yet.

As soon as this is resolved I will update the page.

Please excuse my hair 😂 I had a lovely facial & massage with my friends niece.

she really did look after me last night it was an evening appointment so I was all chilled out for bed.

Its been booked for sometime and it was just lovely.

I woke upto my face feeling revitalised, I had an underlying sinus issue and now it feels like its gone due to the massage. Thank you again lovely ♥️
