This evening at The Calm Centre I chose 'self care'
On the run up to Christmas, running a small business can be extremely stressful.
I made an appointment with Pete
for a combination massage & cupping therapy.
My goodness it was completely fantastic.
I do suffer back and shoulder chronic pain and Pete has been supporting me with this.
Tonights session was just what was needed - he completely 'gets it'.
He explains everything and makes you feel completely at ease.
I know I work with Pete, but I cannot recommend his treatments any higher.
Be kind to yourself - book a session, buy a voucher 🙏

The Calm Centre A frame is looking fantastic with a
re-stock of Pure Essence - nature's way Face butters and body butters. Im actually using one of the face butters daily and can highly recommend them 🙏
There are testers for them all if you would like to try before you buy 🙏
