This time if the year can be scary when on plan ! As the invites come in , you are afraid to go off track and ruin your progress !!!
It’s all about ‘Damage limitations’
If you are out for a lunch , it’s 1 meal , if you are out for an evening meal it’s 1 meal !!!
Remember the plan is based on so if you can stick to 1 course of protein and veg you will be fine ! Have your products for the other meals on the day so you are not over hungry and you will be fine .
Stick to soft drinks and be the driver , that way you stay in control and not tempted to start on the alcohol 🥂
It is possible to join in a few things and still lose a little 💪 you’ve got this .
