SUNDAY 29th OCTOBER -
Join us for a VERY SPECIAL EVENING as we take time to ourselves and put our own well being first. 🙏🙏🙏

Starting the evening with a traditional Cacao Ceremony - steeped in the ancient rituals of the Aztec’s and Mayans. Together we will share the wonderful, medicinal Cacao drink as we set personal intentions and unlock positive feelings of gratitude. Led by a guest cacao facilitator.

Following this- a beautiful Sound Bath. With the help of the sounds created by the Gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Shamanic drums and more, we will enter into a meditative state where our mind, body and spirit can recharge and relax - all heightened by the help of Mama Cacao. ❤️🙏
