As the longest night of the year invites us inward, join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice, a time to rest, reflect and welcome the returning light.

We’ll share heart-opening cacao by candlelight, journey through nourishing breathwork and a soothing sound bath, and set heartfelt intentions for the six months ahead.

We’re also delighted to welcome astrologer who will be sharing insights into the cosmic energies of 2026 and what they may bring for us all, while we listen we’ll enjoy some herbal tea and festive treats.

Come to pause, reconnect, and honour this turning point of the year together.

For anyone unable to drink cacao an alternative will be offered.
