We are going to celebrate our 1 year anniversary (few months late😂)

A end of summer social for everyone to get together and have a good time. Celebrate all the hard work that you guys put in everyday, meaning that we can keep growing this amazing little gym.

Happy 58th Birthday

Our very own personal Row Instructor😂

Jokes aside, Phil is our eldest member who attends the 6.30pm class! He’s also very often putting our younger members to shame👀
Every gym needs a Phil, he is always the hardest worker in the room and the best motivator.
Another fact about Phil is that he has successfully completed 3 sessions a week since he first started which is well over a year ago, the dedication this takes is unbelievable.
Well done Phill, he pushing yourself and motivating others!
