❤️ So I’ve been quiet on here for just over a month now as there has been lots going on and sometimes we just need to take a step back. I’m am the world’s worst for following my own advice but this time I listened to what my body was trying to tell me…so here’s what’s been happening:

🥳 October got off to a beautiful start with my birthday which was low key and celebrated with those closest to me in a very restful way

🧘‍♀️ The following weekend I took some time out to go on a 4 day restorative retreat in Portugal, a time to focus purely on my own needs, deep reflection and my own healing. It was literally life changing and so insightful, it has given me so much to work with, both personally and professionally

🙏 But then only just a few days after returning, I have been struck down with one illness after another, which left me having to cancel two meditation sessions and quite literally forcing myself to stop. I am only just starting to feel like me again

😞 On top of that I have had to have a biopsy for skin cancer, which has created a whole host of emotions, overwhelm and anxiety so it has been quite a difficult time for me, physically, emotionally and spiritually

💗 And whilst I normally just battle through and carry on spinning all those plates until I reach burnout (thanks Virgo 😏) this time I listened and slowed right down, looking after myself the best I could and prioritising better instead of trying to be all things to all people and making myself more unwell

❤️ So whilst life is still throwing its curveballs and testing me, I am now in a much better place to handle whatever comes my way and will be returning to business as usual but in a more considered way, listening to my body more and honouring what it needs

🙏 So if you’ve read this far, I hope it has inspired to you to realise that slowing down and prioritising yourself is not selfish, it’s necessary, sometimes we need to take a step back from the chaos of life to realise what’s important

✨ Keep an eye out over the next few days for details on my last two remaining events of the year as well as details of my last few lunar meditation sessions before Christmas xx

🍁 It is said that Autumn is the season of the soul and Sunday’s events were nothing short of that! A day filled with 2 Autumn Equinox celebration sessions followed by an evening New Moon Lunar Meditation Circle

🍂 I couldn’t think of a better way to spend the Autumn Equinox, a truly beautiful, nurturing day spent with ladies embracing this opportunity to pause, reflect, gather their inner harvest, express gratitude for all they have and set some intentions for the coming months

💗 By the end of the day my heart was brimming with love, joy, gratitude and I have to admit I was rather emotional 🥲. I am so blessed to be able to share what I do with others and so completely honoured that people trust me to hold space for them and guide them on their journeys

❤️ So thank you for all who attended those sessions throughout the day, I hope you found it as enriching as I did and may this season allow you the opportunity to connect with your soul and come home to yourself ❤️
