Join me for a soothing class of gentle movement and guided meditation designed to help you let go of the day and prepare your body and mind for deep, peaceful rest.
We’ll move slowly through a series of soft, sleepy stretches to ease tension from the shoulders, hips, and lower back — encouraging the nervous system to relax and the breath to slow. As your body unwinds, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation to quiet the mind and invite stillness.
This class is perfect for all levels — no experience needed, just come as you are, in your comfiest clothes, ready to relax. Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and ready for a beautiful night’s sleep.
