On Saturday I attended the Free From Winter Show, in Liverpool. Seeing how many stalls there are now promoting awareness is fabulous. But, there is a lack of awareness about milk allergy in foods, it is so hard to find gluten and milk free foods together 😕.

We got some scones which promised to be free from both, but weren’t free from milk. Does anyone else find this?

Even with that, This is a great event, they are also in London (July) and Glasgow (March). Search free from and you can register for the event and get free tickets. A great day with lots of talks too. X

You know that feeling when you find something that has NO WHEAT in - even though every other brand has. Fish sticks or “prawn tails” are something that were missed so much but thanks to Morrison’s you can enjoy these (freezer section not the fish monger bit).

Who knew a Salti went so well with Hazlenut or free from chocolate spread. Just what I wanted for that small treat 😋😁

That feeling when you ask in a cafè “Do you do Gluten free” expecting a “No” but instead get presented with a menu not just a Jacket potato or chocolate brownie.

Nothing like a girls lunch where we all can eat 😍
