Lovely feedback from my last retreat 🥰
'This really was a sensational weekend, with a wonderful group of women in a beautiful setting and part of the country. Lots of relaxing and restorative yoga sessions, sea swimming and beach sauna, a countryside walk, magnificent sound bath session. The vegetarian food was incredible, thank you Anna for giving us all an incredible 5-star weekend and I can't recommend it highly enough!' Lori

What a weekend!
Enjoyed the most incredible yoga retreat in beautiful North Devon — three days of movement, mindfulness, fresh air, and the best company. Feeling recharged and full of gratitude for the amazing group who shared the mats, the meals, and the laughs.

Thank you to everyone that came to our Slow Sunday yesterday, a beautiful afternoon of rest and sound healing with Tara.

I have just 4 places left for my Slow Sunday gentle yoga event on Sunday. This afternoon will start with a yin yoga session of gentle stretches and restorative poses, followed by a soothing Sound Bath led by the wonderful Tara Baggot. Tara uses a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. Slow Sundays are held at the beautiful Phoenix Tree studio at Edithmead, a perfect environment to relax and switch off. Date 11th May, 4 - 6.30pm.
