I just wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself and Remidy, especially for anyone local who might not know what we’re all about yet 💚

Remidy is a small, independent alternative health space created to support people physically, emotionally, and energetically — in a way that feels real, grounded, and accessible, not intimidating or clinical.

Everything I do here comes from a place of listening.
Listening to bodies.
Listening to emotions.
Listening to what people are actually dealing with day to day.
