Last week, we brought some of our engineering team at Xenon together for a team kick-off meeting. A welcome opportunity to pause after a very busy and successful 2025.
Over the past year, we delivered a wide range of challenging and rewarding projects right across the country. Hearing first-hand insights, lessons learned, and achievements from our engineers highlighted the professionalism and dedication that continue to strengthen our growing team. The discussions also gave us valuable perspective on what worked well and, just as importantly, where we can continue to improve.
As we look ahead, these learnings are helping us prepare for an even busier 2026 while continuing to raise the standard of service we deliver to our customers.
A big thank you to our wonderful team. The commitment shown every day is what continues to drive Xenon forward.

Bettystown Primary Care Centre continues to set the standard for accessible community healthcare in the region providing everything from GP and dental services to physiotherapy and public health nursing under one roof.

Maintaining safe, secure facilities is a crucial part of that effort. Recently, we carried out scheduled servicing of the fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and disabled refuge systems to ensure everything continues to operate reliably for staff and patients alike.

It’s great to play a small part in supporting the important work happening inside these centres every day.
