Continuous learning is an important part of delivering quality for our clients.

This week, some of our team stepped away from a busy schedule to complete a refresher training session on the Honeywell Galaxy intrusion range, with a focus on the latest capabilities of RSS software and MAXPRO Cloud.

It was a valuable opportunity to review the platform in detail, explore software functionality, and spend focused time learning in our classroom environment away from the day-to-day demands of site work.

A big thank you to Steve for making the trip and for sharing his expert knowledge with the team.

Last week, we brought some of our engineering team at Xenon together for a team kick-off meeting. A welcome opportunity to pause after a very busy and successful 2025.
Over the past year, we delivered a wide range of challenging and rewarding projects right across the country. Hearing first-hand insights, lessons learned, and achievements from our engineers highlighted the professionalism and dedication that continue to strengthen our growing team. The discussions also gave us valuable perspective on what worked well and, just as importantly, where we can continue to improve.
As we look ahead, these learnings are helping us prepare for an even busier 2026 while continuing to raise the standard of service we deliver to our customers.
