I brought my sister and her grandson to Sylvia’s Sound Bath because I am a huge fan of this healing modality. We were all in need of some deep relaxation. Within minutes I could hear deep breathing as I too felt my entire body relax and let go of tension. On pillow soft mattresses under warm blankets lulled by vibration of crystal bowls, tinkling chimes and soft gongs I drifted into a dreamy state. For myself it felt like I melted into oneness, releasing any holding of any kind. For my sister it caused tingling in her body in areas she asked for healing. And for her grandson it was a new and wonderful experience that he will never forget. Sylvia creates a warm, loving space with her sound bath by which love is the only energy flowing in the room. It’s a gift she gives us all.
