This retreat invites you to pause the world and reconnect, through movement, ritual, creativity and nature. Let time slow, let conversations deepen, and let your hearts soften back into one another.
All ages welcome. A celebration of the wisdom held in every stage of the feminine cycle — from maiden to mother to matriarch. A space to nourish, share, expand, and honour the lineage of women who came before and those yet to come.

Laura Earth & Aura is a passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher with rich cultural roots, being half Indian and half Irish. Residing in Carlow, she has had the honor of facilitating numerous Sound Baths, Cacao Ceremonies and Yoga Workshops, specifically designed to help women connect with their authentic selves, nature, their wombs, and their innate creativity.
Her journey in yoga is deeply rooted in the traditional practices of India, and she strives to honor these ancient teachings in all her offerings. At the same time, she infused her workshops with a sense of playfulness and femininity, creating a unique and nurturing space for exploration and growth. At the heart of these gatherings is healing through connection to our bodies & nature, then opening to healing through community & connection.
