✨️New Evening Class✨️
Starting Thursday 13th November
07.00pm -9.30pm
This Mandala Art Meditation is being held over 4 weeks. It is a wonderful oppertunity to calm the mind and express your own creativity in creating your own Mandala.
Each week we will explore and create our own individual mandalas using different materials and then meditate with the Mandala you created.
No experience is nessary. This Workshop is organic and free flowing and guided throughout.
All Materials will be supplied.

Booking is essential (as places limited to 6)

Today's clients were having cupping with lymphatic drainage for different issues from shoulder pain to digestive issues to name but a few
The fluid seen in cupping cups after a massage is a mixture of blood, lymph, and other interstitial fluids drawn to the surface by the suction to be cleared away
