FLU VACCINE SEASON
It's that time of the year again when we need to protect ourselves against influenza. This is especially important for people at risk because of age (Over 60) and people who have medical conditions like Diabetes, Heart , kidney and liver disease, Asthma and COPD, people who are immunosuppressed etc. It is also advised for people who care for , or are household contacts of, elderly relatives or people with major medical conditions.
