Roman Vaynshtok is the founder of Peace and Balance Center, practicing Integrative Energy Medicine. He trained in Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Brain Gym, EFT, Forest Guide (Shinrin Yoko), and other healing modalities. Roman also writes monthly blogs and newsletters covering various topics from biofield to nutrition, from pregnancy to wound healing.

I founded the Peace and Balance Reiki Center in 2017. My study and practice of different healing modalities started in the early 90s and Usui Reiki since 2006. I am a member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the American Holistic Health Association (AHHA).
I work with individuals who are looking for relief from physical suffering and/or emotional trauma. Reiki sessions balance and improve energy flow; heal the body on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level. I do house calls for individuals of all ages and pets. My clients are people with limited mobility or who prefer to have a session in the comfort of their place.
During COVID-19 I offer distance sessions over the phone.
I offer a Corporate Reiki program to companies of all sizes. This program is conducted at your facilities, convenient and affordable. Some of the benefits are: increase in attendance, improvement of staff retention, reduction in stress, and tension in the workplace.
I teach Usui Reiki, providing classes and official certification for Reiki level I, level II, ART (Advanced Reiki Training), and Reiki Master-Teacher level. I also offer self-healing Reiki classes for Direct Care Workers and Primary Care Providers.
