Wildwood Sweden and Haga HC are proud to welcome Yogi Ashokananda, founder of Himalayan Hatha Yoga and Prana Kriya Yoga, an authentic Yoga teacher, raised in India. Yogi Ashokananda is an expert and pioneer as a practising master of yoga and meditation and a speaker on humanity and spiritual philosophy.

The weekend of workshops will focus on practices, techniques and experiential learning to lead you towards greater self-awareness. You will expand your sense of who and what you are with the teachings of Yogi Ashokananda by applying the yoga & meditation disciplines he has developed.

Beslutet var svårt då det var många som ”delade” inlägget och ”gillade” vår sida. Som alltid måste man utse en vinnare. Vi gratulerar Jannika Navjord till vinnare av ”Yoga & SPA” tävlingen med boende på Blue Hotel – Konferens, Weekend & Spa.
