Meet the expert Akanksha .mama

The name " Stockholm Mama" holds a lot of me. Stockholm gave me a sense of calm I had never felt before. Mama, because motherhood has been my greatest teacher,teaching me patience, nurturing, and knowing when to step back and let things grow on their own. And when you put those two together with Reiki, it becomes who I am today.

I infuse all these moments into practical ways in my life. My goal here is simple. If I can do it, even you can. And believe me, I used to be that person with very anxious energy, easily affected by every little thing. If I could find calm through Reiki, then you absolutely can, too.

That is why this space exists. To show you Reiki does not have to be something only healers do. It is not complicated. It is not out of reach. It is for anybody and everybody who has 5 to 10 minutes in a day to pause, breathe, and feel centred again.

If you ever feel like experiencing it yourself, I also offer Reiki sessions-you can check them out on my website. But mostly, I want this space to remind you that calm is possible, even in the busiest and loudest seasons of life.

Hi, I'm Akanksha.

For the last 6 years, I have been navigating two worlds that might seem different, but feel the same to me: the world of social media and the world of healing.

As a Reiki healer and a Lenormand reader, I know that our work is sacred. I know how heavy it can feel to take something so personal and put it 'out there' for the world to see. I have spent my time in this space-growing my own platform to 26k-by learning how to balance the strategy of a digital world with the quiet energy of Reiki.

At my core, I am someone who just likes to make things simpler. I don't think sharing your gift should feel loud or overwhelming. I believe that when we clear the noise, your work finds the people it's meant to reach, naturally.
