I’ve always chased the edge… and followed the invisible threads.🤗

Drawn to the spaces in between.
The moments where something shifts - not always visible, but deeply felt.

Before I began guiding others through these realms, my path looked very different.
Pilot. Engineer. Executive. Marketing Director. CEO.

And alongside it all: snowy mountains, watery waves, damp forest routes, climbing rocks, talking with animals, being awed by nature, early mornings writing.

Maybe too much seeking challenge - the edge, the thrill, the uncharted.
But just as much, I’ve been tracing the invisible red threads…
Noticing what lives in the spaces between words, between people, between worlds.

Different worlds - yet the same current ran through it all.
Energy. Curiosity. Transformation.
The way life moves us, if we let it.

I’m not here to offer a perfect formula.
I’m here to hold a space where something real happens - where neuroscience meets intuition, breath meets the unseen, and energy finds its way home.

Ahh, the 21st the second Virgo new moon arrives -an echo within eclipse season’s wild tide. The air is thick with stories, but so much of what stirs is shadow play. The clear and authentic direction can be hidden, as the sun’s light darkens in the partial solar eclipse. If you have felt some intense energies lately, annoying emotions - can you sit with them?

Virgo whispers of wholeness, the quiet art of purification, seeing through what isn’t always visible- becoming not perfect, but real. When letting go of control that is, and when Virgo lands on safe ground. The opposite - yikes. 😘

As the equinox tips the scales- night and day, light and dark - listen to the inner voice, the inner vision, the felt emotions. Sit with the false, let it soften, and be released. Let go of what is not yours. In this pause, the nervous system finds its balance; the body listens for what is true beneath the noise.

It’s more of an invitation to create wholeness from the inside out, a doorway to your most honest beginning. Science calls it recalibration; spirit calls it coming home. Both are right. Step in. Let yourself be remade by what is real. ✨✨✨

Theme for this weekend’s retreat.

Why…? Mmm, not quite sure 😊
I just know I love the realms within and beyond.
The journeying to the lower, middle, upper, inner worlds.

Maybe I’m not taking you there.
Maybe I’m meeting you there.

That space between thoughts.
Between identities.
Between decisions, defenses, and breaths.
That liminal, electric pause where the nervous system exhales
…and the soul might whisper.
“Yes….”

This is a domain I love.
It’s just… energy. 💫

So, I’m away this weekend. But who knows- maybe I’ll meet you in the space in-between.💫😘

Sometimes I feel it too- like others are moving faster while I’m standing still.

But then I remember- I’m not here to race anyway.😊
I’m here to hold the space in-between.

To hold the light steady on the shore,
a lighthouse to help others find their own way across, or through, the waters.
To spark something within others, and trust that what unfolds for them is their path, not mine.

When I stop comparing, I see:
I’m not behind. I’m exactly where I need to be.

Rooted, shining,
guiding in my own way.
And the ones who find my light, they’re meant to. 💫

🌙✨ Do you ever feel that pull of comparison?

Sometimes growth looks like this… 🤎
(Mud, sweat, and a whole lot of work before anything blooms😅.)

Inner work isn’t always pretty.
Sometimes it’s messy, sweaty, and leaves you covered in dirt.

Inner work can be a lot like gardening - the digging, pulling up old roots, and lifting heavy stones you didn’t even know were there. You don’t plant a seed today and wake up to a forest tomorrow.

This is where the foundation is laid.
Where the roots get strong enough to hold what’s coming.

The real magic happens below the surface, long before anyone else can see the results.🍀

So here’s to the dirty work -
the days where progress is invisible, but transformation is happening anyway. 🤗

When the Sun in Leo meets Sirius in the sky, a gateway opens - a pulse of golden light pouring through.
It’s a day of heart ignition, creative fire, and remembering the shape of your true power.
