Breathwork can be therapeutic -
a way of rewiring the subconscious,
softening old patterns, creating space.

It can also be calming.
Gentle. Slow. Regulating.

Or wild!
Energising. Fun.
Sometimes cathartic, raw, psychedelic.
Sometimes quiet and subtle.

It’s different every time -
you are different every time. All your layers❤️

No matter how many boxes you put yourself in,
your breath can meet you there.
Or, not always politely or even smooth,
find a way through them.

The way I guide breathwork moves through shadow and light,
body and mind,
the known and the unknown.

It’s not about reaching a certain state.
It’s about meeting yourself as you are,
and letting something shift from there.💫

I’m deeply grateful for the trust, the courage,
and the willingness to meet what wanted to shift through groups, 1:1s, retreats, trainings…
I truly have the best clients/people - thank you ❤️

This year did not become what I had planned but hey- my planning is not always the best anyways so 🤣
I think , hope, believe the year ahead will bring new expressions, expansions, new people, new things that I don’t know yet and allow me to continue lead and feel from the heart.

Not everything needs to be explained.
Some things are felt and carried forward.

Well, maybe that just mean you are more alive than the container you’re putting energy into.

Not every space can hold your energy.
Not every conversation will echo back.
That’s not a cue to dim -
it’s an invitation to listen

Resonance can’t be forced.
It’s felt.

So if something falls flat,
let it be information - not a verdict.

Breathwork: it’s not only magic 😏- it’s biology too 🤗✨

When you breathe with intention, you shift your nervous system. When your nervous system shifts, your thoughts, emotions, perception - your whole inner state - shifts with it.

Breathwork changes how you feel,
not just how you think.

The breath becomes a bridge to your inner world - your subconscious, your intuition, the deeper layers of you that don’t speak in words.

Old patterns loosen.
Truth gets clearer.
Energy begins to move.

This is the part science is only beginning to understand - how breath can unlock memory, emotion, intuition, and clarity all at once.
This is the magic.
This is the You.

Breathwork isn’t about forcing a state.
It’s about remembering - reawakening - your natural state,
the one beneath the noise.

And…when you’re safe and grounded, we might just invite a little more magic 💫
To meet the parts of you you’ve lived through -
the ones longing to be seen, heard, held, or healed.
That’s my favourite part when holding you…
to travel through the realms, shadows and situations together 💫

Then something small - a breath, a pause -
pulls me back to the part of me that doesn’t need to prove anything.

She’s the one I trust.
