Join our first ever Reiki level 1 training
– a gentle and empowering opening into the world of energy healing at ayäm studio, Stockholm

31/1 & 1/2-26 With Leticia Sarosdi

This weekend training, traditionally called Shoden (a Japanese word meaning ”beginning teachings”), is an introduction to Reiki. It is designed for those who wish to begin their journey of self-healing and learn how to share Reiki with family, friends, and loved ones.

Over two days, you will explore the history and foundations of Reiki, experience the power of energy flowing through your own hands, and discover practices to bring balance, calm, and clarity into everyday life.

As this year comes to a close, my heart is overflowing with gratitude for our studio team🤍

Thank you for a year filled with movement, meditation, contemplation — and above all, so much expansion. Your dedication, presence, creativity, and care are what truly make ayäm Studio what it is.

It is a privilege to walk this path together. The way you show up for yourself, the studio, for our community, and for each other means more than words can express.
I am deeply grateful for who you are, for the wisdom and energy you bring, and for the unique way each of you contributes to our shared vision.

To our beautiful community 🤍
Thank you for showing up, for practicing with us, for your trust, openness, and willingness to explore, feel, move, and remember. You are the heart of ayäm Studio. Your presence, curiosity, and devotion are what make this space come alive.

As we step into a new year together, we feel excited and humbled — for more play, creativity, connection, and continued expansion.

And as we step into 2026, remember: who you truly are — the I prior to all change — remains the same 😉

With so much love and appreciation,
Julia

सत्–चित्–आनन्द
Sat–Cit–Ānanda describes the essential nature of Brahman / Ātman in Vedānta.

It is often translated as:
Being. Consciousness. Bliss.

Not as three qualities,
but as three ways of pointing to the same truth:

Being without effort.
Awareness without grasping.
Fullness without needing.

Though not a traditional mantra,
it can be used for contemplation, pointing toward reality rather than calling something forth.

Repeating it inwardly can support recognition of what already is:
inhale Sat,
exhale Cit,
and in the space between, Ānanda.

Sat–Cit–Ānanda points to the essence of reality.
The nature of the Self.
The quiet truth of who you are.

The holidays have a way of touching old patterns, tender places, and unfinished stories.

If something arises, it doesn’t mean you’re failing your practice.
It means you’re human!

This season, support yourself with pauses, breath, and kindness.
You don’t have to be perfect, just present enough to meet what’s here with care.

Happy holidays❤️

The Art of Relating – a weekend workshop
A two-day journey into deeper connection, presence, and authenticity.

Through experiential practices rooted in Authentic Relating, you’re invited to slow down, listen beyond words, and explore what it means to meet yourself and others with honesty and awareness. This is not about techniques, but about cultivating a way of being that supports real, grounded connection.

Facilitated by David Amir Persson, founder of Open Man, with many years of experience holding spaces for embodied awareness, emotional intelligence, and genuine human connection.

Open to all. No prior experience needed, only a willingness to show up as you are.

आत्मन् - Ātman (ātma) is the innermost essence of being.
It is not the body, not the mind, nor the character.

Ātman is the unchanging consciousness that underlies all experience.

Awareness itself - the silent witness of sensations, emotions, thoughts, and actions.

Winter invite’s us to naturally turn inward,
to be gently reminded of who we truly are:
The “I am” beyond body and mind.
The vast, neutral, observing awareness that is you.

Becoming yourself is a slow unlearning.

It’s noticing the ways you adapted in order to belong.
The roles you learned early and perfected quietly.
The versions of yourself that were rewarded and the ones that were not.

Becoming yourself often feels like loss before it feels like freedom.
Loss of certainty.
Loss of identity.
Loss of the familiar ways you knew how to be loved.

There is grief in this work.
And relief.
Sometimes at the same time.

It’s not about finding something new.
It’s about staying with what’s already here
long enough for it to stop defending itself.

This is not a process you rush.
And it’s not something you perform.

Becoming yourself is the courage to remain
when nothing is propping you up,
and to discover that you’re still here.

To be lived 🍃

What if life isn’t something to be done,
but something to be allowed,
just as the breath moves on its own,
in its steady rhythm.

What if we trusted life so deeply
that instead of shaping it,
we simply followed its quiet current,
remembering we were never separate from it.

What happens when you stop trying to live life,
and let life live you?

Mudras: gestures of inner connection

Mudras are subtle yet powerful gestures (most often with the hands) used in yoga and meditation to direct energy and deepen awareness.

In ancient yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, each finger represents an element - fire, air, earth, water, and ether and when we bring them together in specific ways, we fine-tune the balance of these elements within us.

Modern science reminds us that our hands hold thousands of nerve endings connected to the brain. When we form a mudra, we’re not only shaping energy, we’re also influencing our nervous system, breath, and mood.

Some mudras ground us, others awaken focus, others calm the mind. But they all invite the same thing: presence.

A way to listen inward.

A way to remember that the body itself can be a prayer.

Which mudra speaks to you today?
