Welcome to a unique program that combines the holistic goodness of “Coffee Art” and “5 Elements Joy Meditation”! 😊

Artsy Learning Group & Blissful Nexus brings you a refreshing & relaxing holistic experience that blends creativity with mindfulness. Meet like-minded folks in a cheerful and safe environment! 🫶

Paint with Coffee: Enjoy the deep, aromatic & rich tones of Coffee to create a beautiful, earthy artwork We will use Coffee (or its diluted form) as a medium to paint. The process itself is said to be both meditative and therapeutic. 🎨 ☕️

5 Elements Joy Meditation: A beautiful and gentle body scan meditation to invoke your joyful energy and make you feel the bliss within. We will use visualization, affirmations, and breathwork. 🧘‍♀️ 🧘

Take Away: Your interesting piece of coffee artwork + a wholesome blissful experience.

The two sessions blend seamlessly to create an experience of inner balance, harmony and creative expression. This program will help you engage with self-reflection, explore creativity, rejuvenate, and relax while promoting a deeper connection with oneself.
