Quick and easy high protein dinner/ Lunch

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes and put them in the oven with the spices of your choice.

Then fry the chicken on medium temperature with spices like paprika, salt, peppar, chicken seasoning, garclic powder & curcumin. Always use butter to fry!

While everything is cooking prepare salad of your choice and serve everything together! pro tip, a tzatziki does wonders as a side dish for this!

One of the biggest drivers of hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, over weight, cravings, inflammation and other modern lifestyle complications is a blood sugar roller coaster.

To keep our blood sugar stable throughout the day is step one in healing. This means eating savory foods, especially for breakfast!

Now it doesn’t mean you can’t eat the things you love, it just means you can make better choices!

One of them is swapping regular white bread to sourdough. Because of its fermentation sourdough is the much better option when it comes to bread. It impacts the blood sugar less than regular bread and because of how it is baked it has less gluten naturally. AND it’s a prehistoric food!

Avocado and eggs are not only healthy and delicious but together they contain the healthy fats we need for our hormones to work properly. Eggs also contain 13g of protein per egg! And is a great way to increase your daily protein. Together and separately these are 2 super foods that lower the blood sugar impact of any carb eaten after them!

What you see above is one of s favorite breakfasts.

Relatable? YES!! In today’s society having cravings is almost a given. This is due to the modern lifestyle and our eating habits! Below is a few tricks on how to avoid them!

If you’re having uncontrollable cravings it could be because:

1. You aren’t eating enough during the day.
2. You start your day with something sweet or something that has carbohydrates, like bread or cereal.
3. You’re in your luteal phase and you don’t know what you burn more calories in this Phase.

To avoid the ups and downs and uncontrollable cravings, start your day with a high protein, high fat breakfast (include 3 different color veggies).

Avoid sweet things like juices, fruit, honey, white bread!

Adjust your fasting time accordingly with your cycle! During the luteal Phase we burn about 300 calories more than in the follicular and ovulation phase. So in the luteal phase only fast 11 or 12 hours and add a high protein breakfast to your day.

And lastly have a look over your sleeping habits. When we are tired the body sends hunger signals so that we will eat to get more energy. So go to bed on time!

The best diet for our hormonal health weather we are in our fertile years, pre menopause or menopause is a high fat, high protein & high fiber diet synced to your individual circumstances.

Sounds complicated? Not at all! We are here to give you easy and delicious recipes that you can make in the blink of an eye and enjoy knowing that you’re fueling your body with what it needs.

You need:
Seed crisp bread : we love these ones from .se containing only seeds!
a click of butter (real full fat butter!)
Cheese
1⁄2 mashed avocado
2 eggs
salt, peppar, chilli and what ever flavouring you enjoy.

Preparing:
Boil the eggs at 6 minutes and mash them in to a bowl together with the butter, add the mashed avocado and mix together with seasoning of your choice.

While the eggs are boiling put some butter and cheese on the crisp bread. After mixing the egg salad, put the spread on top of the cheese. And enjooyyyyy!

This meal contains 34 grams of protein! Women should break their fast with 30 grams of protein for optimal hormonal health.
