I had a profound insight this morning. 🙏 (in 2nd image).

I was listening to a video about Edgar Cayce's understanding of "asking and receiving", when all of a sudden, I had an instant realization that the downloaded three-part message in February 2019 was actually giving me a description of the essence of God! I had interpreted the message in many other ways, eg with regards to healing and the Trinity, but not in relation to the essence of God. ❤️

I believe that we are given the exact personality that matches with those very qualities that we need to grow in this lifetime. It is all perfectly planned on a spiritual plane. For example, persons with the Enneagram personality of type 7 need to strengthen their ability to feel and embraceTRUST and CONTENTMENT in life. Persons with the Type 1 personality, on the other hand, need to grow in their ability to hold and feel FORGIVENESS and ACCEPTANCE of self and others (by surrendering their longing for perfection). ❤️

If you ever wondered about the Trinity, this video is for you! It is an amazing source of insights and wisdom; probably a bit radical for the conservative oriented person.;) But to me, it makes total sense and aligns with all that I have come to understand about these matters.

In other words: We ought to focus our mind more on what is unseen (or invisible), than on what is seen (visible).

In May of 2025, I woke up in the morning after a night's sleep and the very first words that come into my mind, which were not my own thoughts but given to me somehow, are: "Trust the invisible."
