Touch is one of the most natural things there is.

And still, many of us experience a lack of it —
not only when we are alone, but also in relationships.

Somewhere along the way, touch has become something limited.
Something that belongs only to certain roles, certain situations, certain people.

But the need for touch doesn’t follow those rules.

It’s a basic human need.
Something that supports our sense of safety, connection and wellbeing.

It’s easy to avoid topics that feel complicated.
Physical touch is definitely one of them.

There are so many boundaries, personal experiences, cultural differences, uncertainty – A lot that can make it feel unclear.

But touch is not something we can simply opt out of.

It’s a basic human need.

Our nervous system depends on for safety, regulation, and connection.

That’s why avoiding the topic doesn’t really solve anything.
It just leaves us without the language or understanding we would need.

Let me know, what makes this topic difficult for you?

After AUVO, people often describe simple but meaningful changes.
A deeper breath.
Softer shoulders.
A feeling that something inside finally let go.

Not because they forced relaxation,
but because the body received enough signals of safety to begin settling on its own.

Would you like to experience this?

Beauty treatments often involve something deeper than appearance.

Many clients come partly for the treatment,
and partly for the chance to relax and be cared for.

AUVO can bring an additional layer to that experience.

It supports the nervous system through calm, structured touch and presence,
turning a treatment into a deeper moment of rest and regulation.

Several practitioners already combine AUVO with skincare, facials, and other beauty treatments –
creating experiences that support both the body and the nervous system.

And interestingly, many practitioners say the treatment is balancing for them as well.

The calm rhythm and presence make the work feel lighter and more sustainable during long days of client sessions.

AUVO Practitioner Training is for practitioners who want to support the body through safety, attunement, and regulation – not intensity.

At its core, AUVO is a touch-based approach that helps the nervous system settle enough for the body to soften, organise, and receive.

Rather than trying to push change through force, pressure, or doing more, AUVO invites a different kind of work:
slower, more precise, more listening-based, and more responsive to what the body is communicating in the moment.

This is why the training often speaks to bodyworkers, therapists, and practitioners working with stress, recovery, wellbeing, and hands-on care.

Not because AUVO is only for one profession, but because many practitioners are looking for the same thing:

a way of working that feels gentler, deeper, and more sustainable
a way to support regulation without overwhelming the system
a way to help clients feel safe in their bodies, rather than pushed to change
and a way of practising that supports the practitioner, too

AUVO is not about adding intensity.
It is about refining presence.

It is about understanding how touch, pacing, and nervous system awareness can create the conditions for real change.

If you’re drawn to work that values presence over performance, depth over force, and safety over intensity, this training may be for you.

Many therapists and coaches notice the same challenge:

Clients understand their situation intellectually.
But their nervous system is still on high alert.

Talking can bring insight.
But the body may still be holding the stress.

AUVO works from the other direction.

Through touch, music, and presence, it supports the nervous system directly.
This can help the body settle into a state where reflection and integration become easier.

Another aspect many practitioners appreciate is that AUVO sessions are quiet.
There’s no need to talk during the treatment.

For therapists and coaches, this often makes the work lighter as well – both mentally and emotionally.

Many practitioners combine AUVO sessions with therapeutic or coaching work – supporting both the mind and the body.

If you work with people in this way, where else in your work could something like AUVO fit?

This is one of the most important things our students learn during training:
The client doesn’t know if you do a technique slightly differently.
Or if the order of the touches changes.

But the client immediately feels if the practitioner starts to hesitate or rush.

That’s why, in the practice phase, perfection is not the most important thing.
The most important thing is calmness 🙏

This doesn’t mean skills don’t matter.
Good technique comes with repetition and experience.

In touch, the practitioner’s inner state is always communicated.
When the practitioner stays calm, the client on the table can also soften.

And this is exactly why this can’t be learned only through theory.
Calmness, presence, and confidence grow through hands-on practice, one encounter at a time.

This weekend our first Swedish practitioners graduated and the next ones are having their training. It’s always so great how these moments show clearly how the skills begins to unfold.

P.S. Applications to our first AUVO Practitioners training in Denmark close on Monday. There is still room for few students!

Breathwork and AUVO share an important goal:

Helping the nervous system move from alertness into regulation.

Breathwork works from the inside — through breathing patterns and awareness.
AUVO works from the outside — through touch, rhythm, and presence.

Many practitioners find that the two complement each other beautifully.

Some use AUVO before breathwork to help the body settle.
Others use it afterward to support integration.

Practitioners also often notice that AUVO sessions feel regulating for them too.
The rhythm, music, and calm pace of the treatment tend to settle both nervous systems in the room.

This makes it a surprisingly sustainable form of hands-on work.

Do you guide breathwork or other regulation practices? What would you be curious to combine AUVO with?

Three treatments.
One professional receiving the work.

Sara Sjöstrand, holistic therapist at Kreativa Händer, came for three weekly AUVO® sessions. She described the experience like this:
“All conscious and unconscious stress flowed away from me.”

When working with people, we often see how much stress the body carries quietly in the background. Sometimes the person only notices it once the nervous system finally settles.

This is one of the reasons many professionals are drawn to AUVO®:
structured, safe touch that helps the body move from alertness toward recovery.

Feedback shared with permissions.

Many massage therapists discover the same thing:

Some clients don’t need stronger techniques.
They need their nervous system to settle first.

That’s where AUVO fits beautifully.

Many of our practitioners already combine AUVO with massage in their work.
Sometimes as a standalone session.
Sometimes before or after manual work.

When the nervous system feels safer, the body can soften without force.
And deeper treatments are often received much better.

Another important aspect for many massage therapists is this:
AUVO is also lighter for the practitioner.

Physically it’s much less demanding than intensive manual work, and many practitioners say the treatment feels regulating for them as well.

This is one reason so many bodyworkers have added AUVO to their practice.

Many practitioners combine it with massage, but also with other forms of bodywork.

If you work hands-on with clients, what kind of work would you be curious to combine AUVO with?
