Yoga is for everyone, whether you're a seasoned yogi / yogini or have never tried yoga, you are very welcome! Yoga is a lifestyle and an attitude to life. Vishnu has developed his very own style with influences from the
Sivananda Hatha, Kundalini and Vinyasana. In all of Vishnu's classes include Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation. The physical exercises of yoga called "asanas," which roughly means steady pose. This is because each Asana or poses should be held for a while. In beginner classes, the focus is mostly on becoming more flexible in our bodies. Breathing is an important part of yoga. Breathing exercises called "pranayama," and aims to regulate the body's flow of prana, life energy. Through breathing exercises, one can establish a balance between body and mind functions. At the end of yoga session has been a moment of "meditation", which means focus and concentration, combined with relaxation. There are many different techniques to meditate and it is not difficult or complicated

In the end, ends each session with a longer rest, relaxation. Kids Yoga is inspired by Guru Dass Kaurs "childsplay yoga," but also infuenser from Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
