Massage is not just about physical muscle pressure.
It is an inevitable energy interaction between two people. This is why massage is so deeply connected to energy:
1. Touch is a transfer:
The skin is the largest organ,
and a key point for nerve impulses and electromagnetic energy transmission.
During prolonged direct contact, energy from the person being massaged, often characterized by stress, pain, or blockage,
tries to transfer to a more balanced energy point, following the natural law of equilibrium.
2. Biological phenomenon:
When two people are in close proximity, the electromagnetic fields from the heart and brain begin to align.
If a client has high levels of anxiety, that energy can "bounce" onto the masseur's energy field. If the masseur is not prepared to protect themselves,
that energy can then remain within the masseur's own body.
3. Emotions embedded in muscles:
In psychology and energy healing, it is believed that the human body stores unresolved emotions in the muscles (e.g., anger in the shoulders, sadness in the chest).
When you massage these points... Suppressed emotional energy is released in the form of energy waves, and the masseuse is the first to receive this surging energy.
4. The Energy of Compassion
Conversely, a skilled masseuse doesn't just use physical strength, but also "prana" or "life force" in healing.
Focusing intently on healing is about transmitting positive energy to drive away negative energy from the client.
Therefore, massage is both giving and receiving energy at the same time.
