The trees bow low in quiet grace,
Leaves swirl down like thoughts in space.
The air hums soft—a mindful tune,
Mat meets earth beneath the moon.

We stretch through chill and golden light,
Breathe in dawn, exhale the night.
Roots sink deep, hearts rise above—
November whispers: move with love. 🌙🧘‍♀️🍂

Leaves turn gold, then drift away,
Crisp air whispers at the break of day.
On the mat, I root and rise,
Stretching toward the autumn skies.

Breath flows slow, like fading light,
Warmth inside through shortening night.
Balance held in amber glow,
I bend, I breathe, I let go.

Calling the soul from summer sleep.

On the mat, we pause and breathe,
Let go of what we used to believe.
Flowing through fire, grounded in grace,
Finding stillness in August’s embrace.

Yoga reminds us—come back to now.
With heart wide open and furrowed brow.
This month, may we move and mend,
With breath as our guide, and peace as our friend.

No Yoga Today, But Brighter Days Ahead

The air is crisp, the sky is gray,
Too cold for yoga, no class today (2/20).
Little ones snuggled, still feeling low,
School’s a no-go—just taking it slow.

Yet hope peeks through like morning light,
Cooties retreat, soon out of sight.
The sun will shine, the chill will fade,
And back to the mat, our breaths will braid.

So rest up now, let healing stay,
Warmer winds are on their way!
