I want to thank our state representative Steve Samuelson who took the time to talk with our office manager regarding the COVID vaccine rollout. Although he could not guarantee that we will get vaccines to administer in our office immediately, he committed to advocating for our practice and on behalf of other smaller practices.

Below is information from the Bethlehem Health Bureau about their weekly clinic appointments. We hope this helps our patients and our community.

Due to the holiday, the Bethlehem Health Bureau will post appointments for next week’s clinics on Thursday, April 1st at 8:00 a.m. Please visit our website at http://ow.ly/FsC550DIYi8 and click on the COVID-19 vaccine clinic dates and registration for the link to schedule an appointment. The clinics will be held on April 6th and April 8th and Pfizer vaccine will be given.

A small number of phone appointments will be available by calling 610-865-7092. Phone appointments are for individuals from the City of Bethlehem and Northampton County who are 65 years of age AND LACK INTERNET OR COMPUTER ACCESS. Please do not call before 8:00 a.m. on Thursday as no appointments will be taken before that time.

As more supply of the covid-19 vaccine is becoming available in our community, we are making a significant effort to obtain COVID-19 vaccines to offer to our patients, and at risk individuals in our community.

We will offer online scheduling of your vaccine on our patient portal shortly. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to be able to provide this service.

Due to inclimate weather, our office will be closed on Thursday February 18th, and Friday February 19th.

If you have an URGENT matter such as urgent prescription refills, if you are sick, or you are a physician or hospital, our on-call staff can be reached at 484-735-4718. Please only call this number if you are unable to wait until Monday.

Please call our office at 610-945-5574 on Monday for any non-urgent matters such as scheduling for routine office visits, billing questions, or non-urgent prescription refills.

We would like to remind our patients of the importance of our screening process. In order for us to keep our office open during this next wave, we ask that you take a moment to read the posted signs so we may care for you safely.

When you arrive to the office, please come in the enterence way, and stop so we can see you in the window. Please be patient. We will come to greet you, ask you a few screening questions, take your temperature, and provide you with further instructions.

What you need to know:

🖐 use hand sanitizer before touching anything
🚪 allow us to open/close the inside doors for you
🛑 read all stop signs for instructions

As we enter the Green Phase of reopening, it is now time to allow the economy to strategically reopen while continuing to prioritize public health.
We are not back to regular operations.

✔️ Phase 1 of flower bed makeover complete!

The dirt was so dry that it was dusty!!! I turned all of the dirt with water and saturated the heck out of it, then mixed in some miracle grow garden soil. Hopefully with regular watering we can keep it moist.

Next step is to plant! 🌱
🌸 wildflower blend
🌼marigolds
🌺 snapdragons
🌹 zinnias
🌷gypsophilas
🌶 hot peppers

Then, mulch to keep the moisture in!

Our waiting room has changed once again! We removed seating to ensure social distancing, although you will likely go right into an exam room.

We have implemented a hyper vigilant cleaning schedule for our waiting rooms and exam rooms.
We ask that you only bring 1 person with you. Child dependents are an exception. Please let our staff know before your appointment if you are bringing more than 1 person so we can accommodate you.

The new regulations say that a facemask must be worn in all PA businesses. This is a policy that we are enforcing in our office in the event you must come in. Bring your own, or we will provide you with a disposable mask upon entry. You will not be permitted in the office without one at this time.

“This order provides critical protections for the workers needed to run and operate these life-sustaining establishments," Gov. Tom Wolf said.

Our office manager has been busy this holiday weekend making homemade face masks! Here is her step-by-step guide.

You will need:
2- 6”x9”pieces of 100% cotton fabric
1- 6”x9” piece of non-woven fabric(dryer sheet)
2- 7” piece of 1/4 elastic band
