April is Stress Awareness Month. A reminder that stress is something we all experience and learning to manage it is an important part of protecting your mental health. Stress can show up in many ways: feeling overwhelmed, changes in sleep, irritability, difficulty focusing or physical tension. Noticing these signs is the first step toward taking care of yourself.
