You’ll often find Ed in our Gift Shop, greeting residents, families, and staff with his friendly smile and ready-to-help spirit. Whether he’s assisting someone who needs a hand, helping things run smoothly at our big events, or transporting residents so they can safely enjoy activities, Ed is always happy to step in wherever he’s needed. His generosity, patience, and cheerful presence brighten the days of so many in our community. Volunteers like Ed truly make Holy Family Senior Living feel extra special, and we are so grateful for the care and joy he shares with everyone he meets. Our residents put on their meteorologist hats and cast their official predictions on whether Punxsutawney Phil would see his shadow — team six more weeks of winter vs. team early spring sparked plenty of friendly debate! The fun didn’t stop there — residents also got creative making their own adorable groundhog crafts, filling the room with laughter, creativity, and lots of smiles. No matter Phil’s decision, springtime cheer was already in the air here! ❤️✝️

Music filled the room as residents at Holy Family Senior Living celebrated a winter-themed New Year meal with laughter, great company, and a hand-cut, made-to-order beef station, rice, and broccoli! ❤️✝️

Our Holy Family Apartment residents enjoy working on puzzles because it gives them something fun to do — especially when they can’t go outside in the winter weather. The residents work on the puzzles together and enjoy good conversation. When the puzzles are finished, they get hung around the building and make the hallways look beautiful! ❤️✝️

Important Announcement: As we prepare for a significant winter storm, our leadership team has been actively coordinating across Holy Family Senior Living to ensure continuity of care, services, and communication. Leadership discussed campus safety and access, continuity of essential services, and staffing coverage for Holy Family Manor and Grace Mansion. At the same time, our housing leadership team communicated with residents, reminding them of winter preparedness and the importance of having necessary supplies on hand. For Holy Family Manor and Grace Mansion, our Snow Emergency Policy is in effect, and members of our leadership team will remain on-site throughout the duration of the storm to ensure services continue without interruption. Grateful for a dedicated team that plans ahead, communicates clearly, and shows up; no matter the weather. ❤️✝️❄️☃️

Thank you to Accent Care who hosted a blood pressure clinic for our St. Catharine Senior Apartment residents. Attendees had their blood pressure read, with explanations and advice as to how to maintain healthy levels. The clinic was followed by an educational course on diabetes! ❤️✝️

Holy Family’s St. Ann's Senior Apartments in Lansford hosted an “After the Holiday” luncheon for residents on January 19. Some of the residents brought their favorite dessert and everyone really enjoyed themselves! ❤️✝️

Our residents at Holy Family Senior Living enjoyed a creative and meaningful activity as they completed a beautiful stained glass cardinal art piece. During the project, they also learned about the history and symbolism of the cardinal, often seen as a sign of hope, love, and remembrance. The activity sparked great conversation, creativity, and smiles all around. ❤️✝️

We are excited to share that Holy Family Senior Living welcomed our 500th resident in 2025! Florence Molinari joined us for short term rehabilitation and returned home, a wonderful outcome and a meaningful milestone for our community. Thank you to our incredible team members for their continued compassionate care that makes moments like this possible! Florence is pictured with Lynn Murray and Christine Powers.
