The RISE Van brings life-saving resources directly into our community. In 2025, RISE distributed 508 NARCAN kits and 102 Wound Care Kits across Northampton County.

NARCAN can reverse an opioid overdose—and you don’t have to know someone to save a life. Wound Care Kits provide essential supplies to help prevent complications and support overall health.

Every resource shared is a step toward reducing harm, saving lives, and spreading hope. Visit risevan.org to learn more.

RISE in Review 2025: The RISE van staff played a vital role in meeting people where they were, building trust, and offering compassionate support. Through outreach efforts across the community, staff were able to connect 114 individuals to recovery support and 78 individuals to mental health services, helping remove barriers to care and create pathways toward stability, healing, and hope. At the heart of this work is connection—showing up, listening, and reminding people they are not alone. Visit risevan.org to learn more.

Thank you to Dana and Northampton County Drug and Alcohol for coming out to Safe Harbor today to provide a free Narcan class to our staff and residents. All who participated learned about Narcan, how to use it, and received free emergency kits containing doses of Narcan to keep with them.

The vital skills and information participants gained today will better equip them to render life-saving care in the case that they ever come across someone experiencing an overdose. We are so proud that so many of our residents took the time today to attend the class. It shows just how much they care about being able to help others. ❤️

We didn’t get pictures of the class, but are including a picture of the risevanlv, another initiative of Northampton County Drug and Alcohol which has also come to Safe Harbor in the past to provide recovery services and access to Narcan.
