Residents Kate and Betsy hosted today’s crostini class as part of our Community Kitchen Classes—a monthly program that brings residents together for collaborative cooking and baking!

Using a simple base of whipped ricotta with lemon and olive oil, residents learned how to create both sweet and savory bites 🍞✨

An afternoon full of creativity and delicious fun! 💛

🚗💨 Our residents hit the gas and cruised over to the America On Wheels Museum for a guided tour full of vintage cars, cool history, and plenty of “remember when” moments. From classic rides to interactive fun, it was a great day spent together! 😄✨

🍀 Our residents have been celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in the sweetest ways—whipping up Irish potato candies and layering up festive parfaits. 🍀

The celebration continues later today with a delicious St. Patrick’s feast prepared by our talented chefs, followed by lively Irish folk tunes from Matt DeBlass that are sure to get toes tapping! 🎶💚

A little carving, a little ink, and a lot of creativity! Residents enjoyed making their own custom stamps from linoleum tiles and printing their designs in a workshop led by local artist Emma Ryan. 🖌️✨

Residents got hands-on in the kitchen at our Community Event Center, creating healthy salads in jars during a fun and educational session led by Melissa from Bambu Yoga Center ! 🥗

With her comprehensive background in the medical field, along with expertise in nutrition and functional living, Melissa shared tips on building balanced, nourishing salads while residents layered fresh ingredients to create their own colorful grab-and-go salads.

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate healthy living together! 💚
