We want to be a space where feelings can be shared, especially about the hard stuff. Here are the rules:

Feelings only (anxious, relieved, conflicted, hopeful…)
We will not tolerate hateful or discriminatory comments
All feelings are welcome, discounting others feelings is not.

Any comments that don’t follow these rules will be removed. Now, let’s get to feeling!

We get it… there are some tantrums that you just want to lock yourself in the bedroom and hide from.

But let’s break this down one step at a time. Make it a routine to check in on your kiddos feelings. Start to practice together in a calm moment so it feels really familiar during a moment of bigger feelings.

We aren’t given a manual for how to get through these things as parents, take it one tantrum at a time to try new things. We’ve got this 💪🏼
