Meet our newest addition to our team: Gretchen Hoyle, DPT
Gretchen is a dedicated professional in the realm of women's health and orthopedics. Achieving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Missouri State University in 2020, Gretchen's fascination with the human body blossomed during her collegiate swimming days. Since her graduation, she played a pivotal role in establishing the women's health department in Monroe, WA.

Thrilled to continue her journey, Gretchen is furthering her education with Herman & Wallace, reflecting her passion for staying at the forefront of her field. Grhen firmly believes that physical therapy is a collaborative partnership, emphasizing the importance of attentive listening and empowering her patients to instigate change in their lives.

Outside the clinic, Gretchen finds joy in climbing, hiking, white water rafting, yoga, and swimming. As 2024 unfolds, she would like to learn the art of pottery!

Fit for Life Physical Therapy is currently offering 2 full-time positions for California licensed physical therapists to join our group of experienced practitioners.

Our employees enjoy a supportive and thriving workspace in a well-equipped, modern, fun, and beautiful clinical setting. Our focus is on giving outstanding patient care, and therefore, our therapists work one-on-one with patients.

We have 40-minute appointment slots, provide documentation time, and have PT-aide support for cleaning and clinic maintenance. Your schedule is considered full with ten patients per day!

Lifelong learning is an important value of our clinic, and we enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. We support our therapists’ career goals and specialization interests by providing continuing education, mentoring, and creating opportunities for niche clients. Currently, we have therapists that specialize in orthopedics, manual therapy, myofascial release, neurological rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, pilates, lymphedema, and pelvic health.

Our clinic is located in Grass Valley, California. We are nestled in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains surrounded by forest and rivers, named by Sunset Magazine as the #1 Best Place to Live (2017)). We have a thriving arts and music culture here and in our neighboring small town of Nevada City. Residents enjoy close access to lakes, rivers, and mountains and numerous sports activities such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, boating, and swimming. Great skiing/snowboarding is less than one hour away.
