In my spare time this month I have been tending to bodies and souls at The Energetic Safehouse (aka Koya’s studio aka The Womb)— and it feels deeply aligned.

For now I am fulfilling trades and tending to my close inner circle in this space. Come Midsummer I will have a handful of spots open for in-depth and lengthy sessions for paying clients. Happy Black History Month ~ It is a Full Moon and we have crossed over into Imbolc ⥁

Circles, cycles, rebirth, remembrance are all divinely intertwined in this moment. The seasonal wheel— the great cauldron of time, is melding many layers of wisdom together within me. A grounded and clear readiness is preparing for bloom.

This month marks one step closer to launching my group mentorship container: Salty Sermon Society. I will be offering a 9 month journey for Women. I am will be sharing and teaching from 38 yearss life experience as psychic, 15 years of massage/bodywork knowlege, 10 years of herbal and plant wisdom and so much more.

Messages to support rounding the final corner of Snake Year.

PS My 2¢ on all the 2016 flashback posts/shares: It is from that timeline where we are all experiencing the most renewal. Cells exisit in us today that are Ancestors of the person we were in 2016 (read that as many times as you need until it makes sense). If you understand this, you will exponentially be able to elevate your life in all the ways and directions you desire. The ‘You’ you think you are is long gone. The truer you is here and ready to enact some things! Come March 2026, we are all going to be operating in and on comepletely different timelines. Timelines that are in step with our bloodlines and our destined futures.

Imbolc approaches when the mazanita begin to bloom 🤲🏿

Manzanita flower essence is my absolute favorite for times of tender transitions, support to perservere with grace and ease during grief.

I call on the spirit of Manzanita flower in CST/massage/bodywork sessions where the breast/heart is the focus. This spirit can be the most gentle guide of release, without force and through the most beneficial pathways.

My word for 2026 is PRAYER.

I find it so moving that instead of “reaching outward” or “seeking” this word/vibration— I am finding it nestled within me. In my heart and in my hands.

I am realizing how much Prayer envelops my life and practice. Prayer is woven into everything I touch… mojo bags, oils, candles, divination tools, womb steams, sheets, towels, bundling of herbs and so on.

My life is a living Prayer.

I am so looking forward to expanding my devotion to Prayer this year.
