Deep Dive ‘Sanctuary’ Sessions 🌀 Coming 2026

This offering is an ode to my old, ancient and vine covered soul.

It is an ode to a time when you would hear about the person who could help you through conversation (and maybe riddle). A time when you would wander through the elements to come upon the dwelling of the Soul whose path was to serve those in need. A time when your doorknock was answered by warmth and an invitation to come in a sit. A time where there were no titles, certifications or institutions validating the offerings you were to receive… just the knowing in your gut.

Sanctuary sessions are unlike anything else I offer and they honestly intimidate me. These sessions break the mold of most things I have learned, seen, been taught and ‘think’ I know. Sanctuary sessions render me down to my purest form and exalt me at the same time. To meet you at a level to provide soul quenching and bone depth healing.

Sanctuary Sessions are 3hrs or 6hrs and will be seasonally offered. The sun cycle cadence honors this work as a resource that has it’s own flow. Beads for Prayer, Mantra, Affirmations & more— made by me coming soon 🫶🏿

The pictured beads I have had since I laid my sweet Bo to rest in 2020. I purchased, strung and wore these beads around my neck the day he transitioned. These beads supported me with fortitude through his death and held me during the cleansing ritual I lovingly performed for his remains before bundling the body for it’s long rest.

This past Samhain I reinvigorated the beads with prayer, tied each knot and adorned them with a tassel. These revamped beads mostly stay with the skull of Bo~ but lately they have been not far from my hands and have been a balm for my heart.

Death care and support is our birthright. If you would like help in any capactiy regarding the death of a loved one— please reach out. I may or may not have a secret menu… if I did— Death Work is on it 🕯️

Trees have been my greatest inspiration to date. Early in my childhood I spent many days talking to trees and climbing them. My reverence for the history they carry and the ethos the share still unwavering and present. I have decoded language, songs and stories from their bark. I have been held by their ancient presence.

Long live the the Trees.

DISTILL

This is the word I chose to navigate 2025. In the past few weeks, wow— it has fully landed in my system. Scorpio season supported me embodying distillation within my practice in a mulitude of ways. I am feeling aligned, refreshed and my truest.

Messages, signs, symbols, codes, transmissions from the Ancestral contiuum in all the ways~ are always happening.

The “3” in 3 Circle Healing CHOSE ME, long before I new my hands would hold bodies. Before learning to love and heal my womb catalized my desire to serve others wombs with herbs. Before I trusted my Psychic Gifts.

“3” is my compass, road map, ship and anchor all wrapped into one frequency.

The air and tides are shifting. I am deeply listening.

We are still in Samhain. The veils are still thin. Our beloved Ancestors still speak at the Threshold. Converse with Them. Do not abandon your Altars too hurriedly. Big alchemy is afoot.

The Skull of my sweet Rambo was on so many Altars at the beginning of this season. It has felt so special to feel his presence grace so many spaces and collectives I am part of. Accompanying him now back at my studio Altar, is the first Rose grown on bushes gifted to me by my Love.

Samhain is one of my favorite season. The depth of life felt through grief, death, joy, growth and stillness. There is so much goodness in the midseason. I implore you to slow down and drink some of it’s elixir. Your soul will thank you.
