Outcomes often mean a better relationship with the "other" person/s. Going to a mediation with our associates to resolve your dispute means having a neutral and professional person facilitating the conversation between all parties present. We know that dyslexia is common though not sufficiently to be in the majority and so our written communication is by people who didnt have nor understood dyslexia. The people I’ve met or seen in my practice with dyslexia are extraordinarily bright and alternate thinkers!! If you know someone struggling with dyslexia, send them to Dyslexia University started by Richard Branson, brilliant!!
