☕ While your coffee brews:
10 slow heel raises + 10 squats at the counter

💻 Once an hour at your desk:
Stand up, take 3 deep breaths, roll your shoulders forward and back

🌙 In the evening:
A gentle hip flexor stretch on each side while dinner cooks or while Netflix loads
